Opening and Closing Times

Morning Supervision: Begins at 8:50 a.m.

Classes Start: 9:00 a.m.

School Ends: 2:40 p.m.

 

Guidelines for Parents

  1. Student Collection: Please collect your children at 2:40 p.m. by presenting yourself at reception.
  2. Early Departure – Inform the school if your child needs to leave during the school day. You can notify us through:
    • Aladdin system
    • Phone call to office
    • Directly to the class teacher – class platform
    • Written note
  1. Alternative Pickup Arrangements:

– Inform the class teacher in advance if your child will be collected by:

    • Another adult
    • An after-school group
    • Someone other than their regular bus driver
  1. Signing In/ Out:
    • If your child has arrived at school late please ensure they are signed in using the signing in/out procedure at reception.
    • Students must be signed out in the signing-out book if they are taken out of school during the school day.
