The Parent Association is the structure through which parents/guardians in a school can work together for the best possible education for their children.

The Parents Association plays a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience of children by working closely with the Principal, Staff, and the Board of Management. Their collaboration ensures that the school’s policies and practices align with the best interests of the students. The association actively engages in policy discussions and reviews, particularly when incidents arise that necessitate a re-evaluation of school guidelines.

Fundraising is a core activity, with the association organising various events such as raffles and church gate collections to support school projects, including funding for buses, extracurricular activities, playground and other educational enhancements. They also plan and manage a range of extracurricular activities, continually brainstorming new ideas to enrich the students’ school life. Additionally, the association invites speakers to address parents on pertinent issues, keeping them informed and involved.

As a registered member of the National Parents Council, the Parents Association is committed to building effective partnerships between home and school, fostering a collaborative environment. The association is always seeking new members to join their efforts. Over the years, they have contributed significantly to school life, from judging competitions to supporting school events, demonstrating their dedication to providing the best possible education for their children.
