The staff team at Our Lady of Fatima School is comprised of 15 dedicated teachers, including specialists in art and home economics, as well as 18 special needs assistants. Supporting the educational team is a group of ancillary staff, which includes two secretaries, a caretaker, a housekeeper, and a Fresh Today lunch operative.

The school is led by Mrs. Glenda McKeown, the principal, and Ms. Bridget Lacey, the deputy principal. Additionally, the management team features three AP2 post holders: Mrs. Alison Sheehan, Mr. Niall Bridges & Ms Melissa Sinnott.

The entire staff works together as a team, committed to providing a nurturing environment for students and ensuring they have a positive learning experience. Everyone is actively engaged in continuous professional development to maintain high standards of education and care.
